
Our cold storage facilities are designed to preserve the quality and extend the shelf life of temperature-sensitive products. We offer over 48,000 pallets across our five cold storage facilities.
Our cold storage service comes in two categories:
Ideal for cold storage are meat, seafood, and other food products that need to be kept at certain temperatures to retain their freshness, nutritional value and quality.
Our dry storage warehouses are perfect for products that can be kept at ambient temperature. These can include flour, rice, seassonng, and other food products suited to non-temperature sensitive environments.
We have five branches totalling to over 32.000 pallets for dry storage, including one branch that can store 13,000 crates.
Using blast freezers (shock freezers), we are able to freeze food products instantly. These can include raw and cooked meat, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables, and more.
After blast freezing, the products are taken to our cold storage facility for longer term storage.
We have 14 chambers capable of blast freezing over 5,000 tons per month.
We have a facility capable of toll processing, or the cutting and slicing of raw materials provided by the client and converting them into finished goods.
These finished products can then be kept in our cold storage until they are ready for dispatch. Samples of products that we handle are hotdogs and other types of meat.
We curently process over 100 tons of meat daily. We can handle hotdog, bacon, chorizo, ham, logganisa, tapa, shawarma, marinated chicken, luncheon meat, and many other meat types in our facility.
